Der Drink schmeckt genauso, wie ich es mir beim Lesen des Rezeptes vorstellte!
Herrliche Süß-Sauer-Bitter Kombination, wie ich es liebe.
Campari und Orgeat passen immer hervorragend zusammen, die Bitterkeit des Einen und die süße Mandel des Anderen ergeben zusammen so richtig Marzipan, mit einem Touch Orange vom Campari.
Witziger Weise kommt der Gin erst beim Schlucken zum Vorschein und zwar erstaunlich deutlich.
Der Plymouth Gin, den ich verwendet habe, durchbricht die Dominanz der anderen Zutaten mit einer gut wahrnehmbaren Wacholdernote.
Alles in Allem eine runde Sache, optisch schön rot, erfrischend und mit lang anhaltendem Abgang.
